20 lb box filled with a rotating assortment of cuts meant to feed a couple or young family.  Join our monthly Farm to City Meat Service to get free delivery and free sausages!  You can always opt to add additional cuts by continuing to the "shop all" tab.

The box will include:

8 lbs of lamb cuts for roasting/braising such as boneless/bone-in leg, shank, shourlder roast, stew meat, 

8 lbs lamb steaks such as rack, loin chops, spare ribs, and shoulder chops 

4 lbs ground lamb
