FARM TO CITY - BEEF + LAMB COMBO 10 lb

10 lb box filled with a rotating assortment of cuts meant to feed a couple or young family.  Join our monthly Farm to City Meat Service to get free delivery and free sausages!  You can always opt to add additional cuts by continuing to the "shop all" tab.

The box will include:

4 lbs of beef and lamb cuts for roasting/braising.  Lamb cuts include a rotation of boneless/bone-in leg, shank, shoulder roast, and stew meat.  Beef cuts include a rotation of brisket, chuck roast, cross rib roast, stew meat, beef shank osso bucco, eye of round, and bottom round

4 lbs beef and lamb steaks.  Lamb cuts include a rotation of rack, loin chops, spare ribs, and shoulder chops.  Beef cuts include a rotation of ribeye, flat iron, skirt, sirloin, tritip, asada, and New York.
