FARM TO CITY - BEEF 20 lb

20 lb box filled with a rotating assortment of cuts, meant to feed a family of 4-6.  Join our monthly Farm to City Meat Service to get free delivery and free sausages!  You can always opt to add additional cuts by continuing to the "shop all" tab.

The box will include:

8 lbs of beef cuts for roasting/braising such as brisket, chuck roast, cross rib roast, sirloin tip roast, stew meat, beef shank osso bucco, eye of round and bottom round

8 lbs steaks such as ribeye, flat iron, flank, skirt, sirloin, tritip, asada, New York, top round steak, or Korean cut short ribs

4 lbs ground beef
