FARM TO CITY - BEEF 10 lb

10 lb box filled with a rotating assortment of cuts meant to feed a couple or young family.  Join our monthly Farm to City Meat Service to get free delivery and free sausages!  You can always opt to add additional cuts by continuing to the "shop all" tab.

The box will include:

4 lbs of beef cuts for roasting/braising such as brisket, chuck roast, cross rib roast, stew meat, beef shank osso bucco, eye of round and bottom round

4 lbs steaks such as ribeye, flat iron, skirt, sirloin, tritip, asada, New York, 

2 lbs ground beef
